Together with teaching and research, 'community engagement' is an important aspect of the activities at the University of Melbourne. At the Melbourne Institute, engagement takes the form of policy engagement, i.e. we provide expert advice to government agencies to shape Australian economic policy. I have been involved in the realisation of various reports including:
